Du möchtest, so liest es sich für mich, weder mit "der Wirtschaft draußen" noch mit Pädagogik viel am Hut haben. Damit dürfte sich ein Quereinstieg in Bayern für Dich erledigt haben: Berufsschule fällt für Dich weg, da Du etwas ablehnst, das für den Erfolg der SuS essentiell ist. Mittelschule möchtest Du nicht, da zuviel Sozialarbeit und Pädagogik. Für andere Schulformen erfüllst Du (derzeit) nicht die Zugangsvoraussetzungen.

Warum? Mittelschule ist allgemeinbildend, das scheinst Du doch zu bevorzugen?

People leave the Seiteneinstieg regularly again, because they are overwhelmed or frustrated, but it seems rather unlikely that Sachsen-Anhalt would fire you if the quality of your work was fine. They prefer people to work full-time, but there a part-time options. The payscale is mentioned in the document I linked, and if you put "TV-L E11" or whichever one applies to you (E9b till E12 are options) into google, you'll see into how many Euros that translates.
